Job Overview
- Support the execution and booking of physical and financial gas and LNG transactions
- Assist in the validation of trade pricing structures, contractual terms, and deal parameters
- Support the development of a comprehensive analytical framework for modelling and forecasting medium-to-long-term LNG and Gas
- Support the LNG and Gas Analytics
- Prepare and maintain scenarios to serve as inputs for energy prices forecasting models
- Analyse the potential impacts of major events, policy, and geopolitical developments on energy markets
- Analyze key macroeconomic data, research trends in energy-intensive sectors (fertilizers, chemicals, metals, etc.), and supply-demand dynamics within relevant value chains (minerals, metals, etc.), with focus on identifying potential impacts on energy demand
- Liaise with Operations, Risk, Middle Office, and Finance teams to ensure accurate trade capture facilitate the smooth lifecycle management of deals
- Collaborate with data analytics team on expanding our global economic data coverage and notification system
