Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and improve the company’s server, endpoint, and cloud environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of devices, including mobile devices via MDM.
- Ensure stable and secure network operations and remote access.
- Strengthen the security posture and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Deliver operational support via ITSM processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Lead small projects like migrations and rollouts from planning to completion.
- Document systems and processes clearly and keep knowledge bases up to date.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units, communicating clearly and enforcing standards.
