Job Overview

  • Develop a strong understanding of our organization's goals and develop a schedule for training programs that are aligned with them, including inviting participants to the training, tracking participation, and putting it into the system.
  • Manage, maintain, and track training evaluations, effectiveness assessments, and return on investment metrics.
  • Input and upload training session attendance data into the system.
  • Assist with administrative activities such as monitoring, training, class planning, system and equipment setup, and record management.
  • Use effective project management to achieve excellent job results.
  • Improve jobs and processes with creative solutions.
  • Assist with administrative activities in the Group Management such as monitoring, training, class planning, system and equipment setup, and record management.
