Job Overview
- To plan, control and manage the efficient running of the production lines to meet daily target.
- To execute daily shift production schedule by operating and balancing the wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines in order to achieve the target efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and quality compliance of the products.
- Adhere to Safety Operating Procedures.
- To ensure that the Production Assistant undertakes the necessary autonomous preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering in order to achieve efficient production level.
- To comply with the requirements of ISO 22000 and to support and to participate in ISO 22000 activities.
- To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
