Job Overview

Job Descriptions:

  • To conduct research and development on new and existing products, and products demonstration to maintain products of highest quality that meet the customers’ standards and requirements
  • To conduct market trends’ analysis and initiate new product development according to current market trends, new & existing customers, department, and company goals.
  • To conduct market visits with the intention to gather market information and providing flour technical support of the assigned areas.
  • To initiate new product sensory evaluation, record and analyze all collected data for improvement plan.
  • To continuously review and monitor the functions of the department to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness, and resource utilization.
  • To troubleshoot and solve customer’s problems by addressing any technical issues related to the use of our ingredients or customer’s processes.
  • To conduct special product preparations and create new special products as sensory testing for Top Management and VVIP visits.
  • To ensure compliance of Malaysia Food Act & Regulations, FSSC 22000 and HALAL requirements to meet the quality expectations of customers.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
