As a Success Manager, you will support the growth and success of our publisher partners, primarily in the EMEA region. You will manage a portfolio of publishers, ensure smooth onboarding, monitor performance, and support optimization efforts in close collaboration with senior managers. This role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in digital marketing and AdTech, gaining hands-on experience with analytics, client management, and monetization strategies.
What you will do:
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with publishers in the market
Perform daily monitoring and maintain a steady flow of traffic from clients
Conduct optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize losses from cooperation
Maintain constant communication with publishers to support them and respond to client needs
Negotiate new monetization opportunities and potential tests of new monetization solutions
Work in close cooperation with internal teams globally, both within the department and cross-departmentally
