HR Operations Specialist (Global)

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist — someone who feels energized by working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is comfortable navigating different countries, cultures, and ways of working. This role is for a person who can go beyond standard procedures, keep a helicopter view on HR operations, and connect the dots between people, processes, and systems. We value empathy and partnership just as much as structure and accuracy. You will work closely with colleagues across regions, listen carefully, ask the right questions, and find ways to resolve complex HR cases — even when there is no ready-made answer. We are looking for someone who enjoys exploring options, consulting with stakeholders, and proposing thoughtful, transparent solutions.

What You Will Do:

Work with:

•  HR systems and tools, including BambooHR, Deel, and internal HR solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines, keeping them structured and up to date

• local HR teams, internal departments, and external providers on operational HR matters

Deal with:

• day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding and offboarding support

• standard HR requests from employees and internal stakeholders

• HR data maintenance, documentation updates, and routine operational tasks
