AI Automation Engineer (OpenAI Agents Builder)

Mira Construction is looking for a specialist who will create, configure and support agents, work with files, models, pipelines and integrations, helping to automate tender, engineering and office processes.

Responsibilities:

Working with OpenAI Agents Builder

– creating and configuring agents

– working with tools, functions, conditions

– configuring logic, instructions, contexts

– quality control and stability of agents

– testing, versioning, improvements

Automation of processes

– pipeline construction (inputs → processing → outputs)

– processing of office processes and documentation

– automation of repetitive tasks

– working with files (Excel, CSV, ODS, PDF)

Work with tender engineering documentation

– basic normalisation of specifications

– classification and structuring of data

– preparation of data for agents

– conversion of BOM/TZ to structured format (JSON/tables)

Integrations

– enabling API (REST)

– configuring web-hooks

– working with third-party services

– preparing bundles of “agent → system → result”

Support and development of the system

– adjustment of agents

– processing of work tasks

– documentation of changes

– error analysis and improvements

– work in conjunction with management (receipt of tasks and implementation)

Requirements

– experience working with the OpenAI API

– ability to work with data: Excel/CSV/JSON

– basic knowledge of Python (level: file processing, working with API)

– understanding of automation logic and workflow

– accuracy, engineering thinking, attention to detail

– independence in performing tasks

Will be a plus:

– experience with OpenAI Agents Builder

– experience with API integrations

- experience in office process automation

– experience in EPC / technical documentation / specifications / procurement
