Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create campaign calendars and budget allocation plans
Performance Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations
- Analyse metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS
Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation
- Collaborate on landing page design and optimisation
- Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance across all platforms
- Create comprehensive performance reports with insights
SEO & Organic Growth
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Monitor organic search rankings and traffic
Platform Management
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with creative team for ad creative development
- Coordinate with sales team on lead quality and follow-up
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and PPC
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications required
- Real estate or lead generation experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets
Technical Expertise
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
