Copy of Senior Technical Recruiter, Remote in Spain (Contract)

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.

You’ll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale - hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.
 

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally

• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results

• Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices

• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience

• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows

• Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently
