Job Overview
Our client, a leading European company in the home security sector, is launching a large-scale digital transformation project aimed at developing a middleware platform that will serve as a bridge between multiple internal systems (CRM, Payment, etc.) and the Contact Center (Genesys Cloud).
We are seeking a talented professional to join this innovative initiative and contribute to building a modern, scalable integration layer that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
The role requires speaking Spanish at a C1 level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the integration platform that connects the Contact Center with custom and third-party systems.
- Contribute to the design of new functionality and support of the existing features.
- Contribute to the low-level technical designs based on architectural blueprints and the implementation process, ensuring architectural integrity.
- Ensure robust, secure, and scalable API connections for data exchange and service orchestration.
- Ensure the quality of software deliverables by actively participating in the defined quality strategy and adhering to established quality standards.
