Genesys Cloud CX Test Leader

The Genesys Cloud CX Test Leader is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the testing strategy for Genesys Cloud CX implementations and enhancements across enterprise contact center environments. This role ensures the quality, stability, and reliability of Genesys Cloud solutions, covering routing, integrations, digital channels, and reporting features.
The Test Leader works closely with platform teams, engineers, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure that all Genesys Cloud changes meet functional, technical, and operational requirements before production release.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for Genesys Cloud CX implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Genesys Cloud CX.
- Design and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering voice, digital channels, routing, integrations, and reporting components.
- Lead and coordinate test activities across multiple teams, environments, and releases.
- Ensure test coverage for Genesys Cloud features such as Architect flows, queues, routing, integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Validate non-functional requirements including stability, failover, performance, and scalability (where applicable).
- Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.
- Provide clear test status reporting, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.
- Support UAT planning and execution with business and operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation approaches for Genesys Cloud CX.
