Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX)-related processes and CRM integrations. In this role, you will work closely with product, architecture, and client stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and translate requirements into high-quality, implementable solutions that support scalable and well-integrated systems.
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (CET)
Responsibilities:
- Lead client communication and facilitate analytical, discovery, and consultation meetings to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements
- Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and solution designs aligned with business and technical goals
- Actively participate in designing end-to-end solutions and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with technical teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and client stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize product requirements
- Apply strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and implementation-ready
- Create high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that are clear, complete, and testable
- Challenge and optimize requirements and processes, while supporting incident and defect analysis to drive measurable, high-value improvements
