Management Systems Expert

Mirka is now looking for a Management Systems Expert for our head office in Jeppo.

Are you a meticulous and dedicated person who wants to work with maintaining and developing our quality and occupational health and safety management systems? We are now looking for just you for this interesting position.

In the role of Management Systems Expert, you will work together with the organization to develop and standardize structures as well as to implement and provide training where needed.

Within occupational health and safety, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standard requirements. Your maintenance tasks will include updating overarching governing documents and classifying reported incidents in the MiSafe portal. You will also be responsible for the development of this portal and will act as the facilitator of the monthly HSEQ meetings.

Within quality management, you will have a more supportive role, with opportunities for development. Mirka is also FSC CoC certified, and this area will serve as a suitable entry point into the world of quality management for you.

You will be one of our internal lead auditors across all management systems and will also participate in external audits. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
