Job Overview

As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings. This role requires a balance between hands-on implementation and effective project coordination to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

· Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.

· Deliver for multiple projects, including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting.

· Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process.

· Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines, ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation.

· Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end-user training.

· Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications in collaboration with development teams.

· Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans, change orders, and closing reports.

· Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders

· Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing potential risks and changes.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for project delivery and co-ordination.

· Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.

· Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process.
