To keep scaling smartly and securely, we’re strengthening our Finance team with a Financial & Business Controller who combines strategic thinking, analytical precision, and a love for challenges.

As our Financial & Business Controller, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CFO and operational teams to steer Monizze’s growth.

You’ll lead our controlling activities, manage the full budget cycle, act as a strategic finance partner across the company, and contribute to the evolution of our tools and processes.

You’ll be the go-to person for financial insight and performance tracking, bringing clarity and structure in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities

Controlling & Financial Management

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes 

• Perform P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis to ensure proper control and understanding of variances 

• Manage accruals, provisions, cost allocations, and journal entries in collaboration with the accounting team 

• Supervise and challenge accounting outputs, working closely with internal or external accountants 

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles (quarterly, annual, and long-term planning) 

• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast 

• Prepare management reports in compliance with standards set by the holding company 

Business Controlling & Strategic Support

• Act as the finance partner for key business units and departments (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing and IT) by providing financial insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making 

• Develop and improve operational and financial KPIs, dashboards and management reports (BI tool, Excel, etc.) 

• Support pricing strategy, business cases, cost-benefit analyses and product profitability
