To keep scaling RewardFlex, our most strategic innovation, we’re strengthening our indirect sales approach with a Partner Success & Product Evangelist – a curious mind who loves turning complex products into clear, actionable value for partners.

You’ll act as a RewardFlex expert and advocate, helping partners understand the solution, presenting it in simple terms, and enabling them to onboard and support their own clients with confidence.

You’ll be a central player in our go-to-market engine, working hand-in-hand with our partners team, marketing, and product teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be the product go-to: Deliver demos of RewardFlex and support partners in understanding the value of our solution. 

  • Support onboarding: Help partner teams get up and running – from training sessions to answering product-related questions. 

  • Represent RewardFlex at events: Speak at partner events and industry meetups (mostly in NL), and help make our product visible and trusted in the market. 

  • Provide basic legal context: Have a working understanding of the cafeteria plan and federal mobility budget to explain how RewardFlex fits into these frameworks – you’ll always have support from our legal team for complex cases. 

  • Work hand-in-hand with our partners department: Coordinate efforts to energize and enable our indirect channel, aligning on training, communication, and follow-up.
