As a Media Analyst, you will need to understand client needs to implement tactical execution of ON and Offline campaigns, reporting, and managing billing processes and budgets.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budget control for campaigns
  • Issuing and managing authorizations (PIs and APs), gathering specifications (material requests), and checking
  • Assisting in tactical planning with direct contact with media outlets
  • Pacing and analyses to provide insights in reports
  • Supporting the development of strategic plans
  • Assisting in building reports
  • Ensuring alignment with Coordinators and Supervisors

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an assistant with offline media experience
  • Operational and analytical profile
  • Knowledge of AD or VBS
  • Familiarity with media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI)
  • Understanding of programming, purchasing, and compensation for open TV
  • Experience with OOH execution

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360)
  • Basic/intermediate English (writing/reading for internal and external reports)
