Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Finance Assistant, Media Transfer para se juntar à nossa equipe. Essa pessoa será responsável pela emissão de notas fiscais, controle e acompanhamento de pagamentos e recebimentos, além de apoiar as rotinas financeiras do dia a dia, garantindo organização e fluidez nos processos. Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, com boa comunicação e vontade de aprender.

🚨Vaga com atuação híbrida em São Paulo-SP (3x na semana)!
No seu dia a dia de trabalho, você será responsável por:
- Entrar em contato com o cliente via e-mail;
- Controlar as entradas e saídas de pagamentos/recebimentos;
- Emitir notas fiscais;
- Alinhar informações com o time operacional;
- Auxiliar no levantamento de documentos de suporte para o cliente;
- Auxiliar no envio e análise de informações solicitadas;
- Realizar lançamentos no sistema ERP da empresa;
- Criar e atualizar relatórios e planilhas de controle;
- Consolidação de processos físicos para envio ao cliente.
- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas financeiras, sistemas ERP, Pacote Office (como Excel) e ferramentas Google (Sheets, E-mail, Calendar, Docs e Slides);
- Habilidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes, com capacidade de identificar e resolver problemas de forma proativa;
- Capacidade de trabalhar bem em equipe, colaborando com colegas de diferentes áreas de especialização;
- Capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante mudança, demonstrando flexibilidade e resiliência;
- Disposição para aprender, assumir responsabilidades e contribuir ativamente para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
- Graduação completa em Administração, Finanças, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas;
- Vivência anterior em funções financeiras ou administrativas será considerada um diferencial;
- Participação em organizações estudantis, como AIESEC, Empresa Júnior ou Atléticas, será valorizada.
