About the role:
This is a hands-on role balancing day-to-day execution with strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with the organisation to resolve customer-facing issues, optimise product pages, and improve the overall patient journey. Alongside this, you’ll use data to identify trends, improve conversion, and support commercial initiatives such as promotions, upselling, and product discovery.
You don’t need prior healthcare experience, but you do need a strong e-commerce mindset and a curiosity to understand customer behaviour and what drives conversion.
Key responsibilities:
Own and maintain product content across CMS and Shopify (copy, imagery, pricing, metadata, categorisation)
Monitor and resolve customer-facing issues in collaboration with Patient Support & Marketing
Conduct regular product audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimisation
Analyse customer behaviour and performance data (GA4) to improve discovery and conversion
Identify friction points in the user journey and implement improvements
Plan and execute merchandising strategies for promotions and campaigns
Optimise navigation, filters, search functionality, and product visibility
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behaviour and product relationships
Support creation of patient-facing content (guides, FAQs, videos, leaflets) with internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Operations
Report on merchandising performance, trends, and opportunities
Qualifications, skills and experience:
2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role
Experience managing large product catalogues (100+ SKUs) within a CMS or e-commerce platform
Strong working knowledge of Shopify (headless CMS experience a plus)
Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools to track user behaviour and performance
Solid understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and merchandising strategy
Skills & attributes:
Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into action
Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline
Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and influence decisions
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of user behaviour
Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
Exposure to SEO and on-site optimisation
Experience with tools like Hotjar, Contentsquare, etc.
