E-commerce Product Enablement Assistant
Sitting within the wider E-commerce team alongside Trading and Merchandising, we work closely with teams across the business - including Digital Product, Marketing and Creative - to make sure new products launch smoothly and appear beautifully on MOO.com.
Our role is a mix of operational know-how and attention to detail. From setting up new products and maintaining the catalogue, to improving PDPs and supporting merchandising initiatives, we make sure the information behind every product is accurate, structured correctly, and ready for customers to explore.
Ultimately, our goal is simple: make sure every product on MOO.com is easy to discover, easy to understand, and ready to inspire customers.
The Role
The person we want
An interest in e-commerce, digital products, or online retail will help you thrive in this role. Previous experience is great however we’re also interested in hearing from you if you’re a recent graduate or just looking to get into the field.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup and launch of new products and product updates on MOO.com
- Liaise with Tech and Creative teams to help resolve build issues and ensure launches run smoothly
- Maintain and update product catalogue data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Assist with updates and optimisations to PDPs
- Support merchandising and trading teams with catalogue and launch knowledge
- Assist in monitoring product and category performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure product data supports discoverability, filtering, and customer decision-making on site
About you
- The person we appoint to this role will be enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work as part of a team.

- Team player who can keep communication lines open
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, but comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Having a keen eye for detail is a must
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and requests at once
