Job Overview

We’re the Moonpig Group – home to Moonpig, Greetz, Red Letter Days and Buyagift – and we’re on a mission to make people feel loved, celebrated and remembered. Whether it’s a card that gets them laughing out loud or a gift that makes their day, we help people stay close, no matter the miles.

We’re proud to be leading the online gifting revolution, with brilliant products, clever tech and a whole lot of heart. Our platform makes it easy to create moments that matter – packed with personal touches and delivered with care.

We’re not just about selling cards or gifts – we’re here to spread joy, spark smiles and make every celebration feel extra special. And with values that guide how we work and support one another, we’ve built a place where people (and ideas) can truly thrive.

If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team. 🌙🐷

At Moonpig Group, our mission is simple: to help people connect and create moments that matter. As we evolve from an ecommerce brand into the ultimate personal gifting companion, we’re looking for a Director of Product (Ecommerce) to lead some of our most critical customer and platform experiences.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, starting in early July 2026, with clear accountability for growth, customer outcomes, and execution across multiple ecommerce product domains spanning web and app.

You’ll set direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and take ownership of results. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with and influence senior leadership and C-suite level stakeholders - bringing strong product thinking, customer insight, and evidence-based recommendations to shape strategic decisions; whilst staying close enough to the detail to ensure teams are solving real customer problems.

  • Engage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders through clear communication, strong product judgement, and data-led recommendations
  • Stay actively involved in discovery and delivery on key initiatives, shaping problem statements, reviewing experiments, and unblocking teams where needed
  • Lead, coach, and develop a group of Product Leaders and Product Managers, setting clear expectations and maintaining a high bar for quality and impact
  • Role-model a product culture grounded in ownership, curiosity, pace, experimentation, and accountability
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to align strategy and execution across functions and markets

  • Confidence making decisions with imperfect information, taking accountability for results
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
  • Background leading multi-team, multi-market product organisations at scale
  • Deep care for how products are built, not just what gets built
  • Passion for building high-performing product cultures grounded in trust, ownership, and high standards
  • Excitement about experimentation, AI, and personalisation as levers for customer and business impact
