- Developing prospective clients through research in our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc.
- Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion
- Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7
- Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense
- Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)
