Cargo Charter Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Job Overview

Joining the Cargo Department as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 month as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a cargo charter goes off with ease.

  • Building a pipeline of potential customers by researching databases, websites, LinkedIn, trade publications, and other relevant sources.
  • Proactively targeting prospects through outbound sales calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits, converting leads into ACS customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft solutions for our customers.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Working towards sales targets and contributing to the achievement of financial objectives.
  • Developing an expert understanding of aircraft types, cargo capabilities, and the chartering process.
  • Managing charter bookings from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
  • Handling inbound requests for urgent charter solutions, including outside normal business hours when required.
  • Preparing and presenting bespoke charter quotations with strong commercial awareness.
  • Monitoring and overseeing flight departures and charter operations, which may occasionally involve unsociable working hours.
