About the role

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth of MOZN. You will work closely with Government, financial institutions, fintech companies, and large enterprises to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in LLMS, AML, fraud prevention, and experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS/tech companies. 


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to expand MOZN’s market presence for FOCAL and OSOS. 
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in government, banks, fintech firms, regulators, and large enterprises to drive adoption of LLMS/ AML and fraud prevention solutions. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position MOZN as a market leader. 
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. 
  • Represent MOZN at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and thought leadership. 
  • Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to track performance and optimize sales efforts 


Qualifications

  • 10+ years GCC enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably within Financial Crime, AML, Risk, Compliance, or RegTech. 
  • Proven delivery of multi-million USD annual quotas, with a clear record of overachievement. 
  • Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($1M+), including RFP-driven enterprise sales. 
  • Deep solution-selling capability — able to position business value, and ROI (not product-led selling). 
  • Strong regional network across tier-1 banks, fintechs, regulators, or government entities — recognized and credible in-market. 
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors independently and build pipeline without relying on brand strength. 
  • Experience building or scaling a market/territory from limited presence. 
  • Enterprise sales discipline: structured forecasting, 3–4x pipeline coverage mindset, CRM hygiene, executive engagement. 
  • Background from recognised regional or global enterprise technology firms. 
  • Senior presence, commercially mature, able to represent the company at C-level without supervision.
