IT Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, in person, or online
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly
- Meet SLA targets and ensure user satisfaction
- Maintain and update support tickets regularly
- Assist users in effectively using systems and tools
- Monitor system performance and perform routine audits
- Handle IT housekeeping and shared resources
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements
- Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure;
- Experience with ticketing/logging systems;
- Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...;
- Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux;
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
