Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone, in person, or online
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly
  • Meet SLA targets and ensure user satisfaction
  • Maintain and update support tickets regularly
  • Assist users in effectively using systems and tools
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine audits
  • Handle IT housekeeping and shared resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure;
  • Experience with ticketing/logging systems;
  • Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...;
  • Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux;
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
