Customer Success Specialist - multilingual

Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement
- Handle contract-related processes: renewals, amendments, terminations, and service adjustments (add/remove services)
- Support billing- and agreement-related administration
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, conduct satisfaction checks, and strengthen engagement
- Receive inbound calls to address customer concerns, questions, and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive retention and service excellence
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, contract handling, or customer success roles
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – main working language)
- Additional fluent language: German/Dutch/Portugal/Italian/French/Spanish (minimum strong B2 level)
- Sales-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Flexibility to work across administrative, outbound, or inbound functions depending on team needs
