Job Overview

As Sales & Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Mr. Marine’s customer base and driving revenue growth across our products and services (Elevator, Ballast, and Instruments & Controls).

You will be both a hunter (winning new business) and a farmer (developing long-term relationships with existing accounts). Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will contribute directly to the company’s commercial strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales and business development plan aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating qualified leads and RFQs.

  • Grow and maintain a strong portfolio of customers through consultative, solution-oriented sales.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and opportunities.

  • Plan and perform regular customer meetings; report outcomes and next steps to management.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract, with effective handover to operations.

  • Monitor sales activities, track KPIs, and prepare accurate sales reports for management.

  • Represent Mr. Marine with professionalism, building trust and long-term partnerships.
