Job Overview

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Warranty Support for Customers

    • Support Retailers on Warranty questions and warranty reimbursement queries
    • Support Retailers and internal departments on system-related Goodwill queries
    • Perform the annual Warranty Labour Rate Review
    • Support RVC introduction and deliver audit support where required
  • Communication to Customers

    • Drive and moderate the Warranty Communities
    • Create Warranty content such as Warranty Hints & Tipps or Newsletter
    • Share and maintain the Rule ID Search list for Retailers
    • Prepare and perform Retailer Round Table (2 times p.a. for EU Markets)
    • Prepare and perform monthly Retailer Touchbase Calls for EU Markets
  • Projects for Customers

    • Warranty Accreditation
    • Warranty & Service Evolution
    • Warranty SharePoint Light
    • Support Retailer Direct Submission
    • Warranty Ticket System
    • Warranty GWM Simplification
    • Update & maintain Late Claim and RVC Joker
