  • Experience advising senior management on recruitment efficiencies and strategies.

The Role

The incumbent will lead the India Talent Acquisition team for automotive OEM positions and represent India on global platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6–7 recruiters to deliver on India market hiring needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for recruitment requests from business heads and departments.
  • Drive recruitment priorities and invest in the development of team members.
  • Design, develop, and maintain recruitment processes across all job roles.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for delivery roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Smart Recruiters, iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) with the ability to drive data accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Proven capability in managing recruitment escalations, including stakeholder conflict resolution, critical position closures, and SLA-driven hiring demands.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ATS data and convert insights into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Interact with the global TA team to discuss open positions and align strategies.
  • Lead global calls for business discussions and represent the India TA team on global forums.
  • Optimize recruitment costs by selecting effective sourcing channels.
  • Ensure recruitment reporting requirements are met regularly.
