Job Overview

 

Job Purpose

The Territory Officer manages assigned territories to execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, ensure compliance with service standards, and build relationships with stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sell-in and sell-out targets, manpower deployment, training, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to meet sell-in targets
  •  

Territory Management

  • Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet territory goals.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and compliance with guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with store stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory, stock transfers, and report competitor activities.

Territory Operations

  • Monitor deliveries, conduct inventories, and reconcile variances.
  • Ensure product availability and accuracy of POs and Item Request Forms (IRFs).
  • Utilize POP materials effectively and cover all priority stores.
  • Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade departments.

and Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate  or college level with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in appliances/electronics).
  • Proven sales track record and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work in the field.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
  • Can be assigned: Bicol, North Luzon, Cebu and Ilo-ilo
