Job description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Account Management & Negotiation
Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts
Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals
✅ Sales Operations & Performance
Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts or Territory
Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution
✅ Team & Store Support
Manage, train, and support Sales Associates assigned to store locations
Monitor and enforce planogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness
