Sales Support

  • Assist in addressing the needs and requirements of field personnel.
  • Provide valuable sales support by promptly attending to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Document Preparation

  • Prepare necessary documents and presentations for account showroom visits, including presentation decks for B2B and General Trade accounts or prospects.
  • Ensure all required items, details, and schedules for showroom visits are readily available.

Sales Documentation

  • Prepare various sales documentation, including but not limited to sales reports, product performance analyses, business reviews, and other documents based on raw data.

Account Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor the performance of handled accounts and provide constructive feedback to the respective account officer in charge.

Product Portfolio Awareness

  • Ensure heightened awareness of the company's product portfolio in each account being managed.

Sales Records Management

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and compare them with targets to assist the sales manager and account officer in monitoring the team's progress.
