Job Overview
- Perform and review daily deliverables with accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
- Monitor and validate work completed by Associates, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards and mitigate risk.
- Strive to complete deliverables within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), proactively escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
- Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers, or internal MUFG Departments, ensuring a high-quality standard and timely resolution.
- Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls, sharing information, ideas, and supporting colleagues to foster a positive team culture.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support management in department initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation activities, contributing insights from operational experience.
