Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery

Assist Associate Director in oversight of the Investor Delivery team in daily operations and quality client service with the guidance of MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty.

• Guide team in deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to Investor Delivery responsibilities.
• Responsible for supporting daily Investor Delivery client communications, client/investor queries, review and oversight of fund/client activity for the period, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to complete deliverables within SLAs.
• Support management in addressing any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments adhering to high-quality standards.
• Support team with training and support Associate Director with individual performance assessments and development as requested. Foster a professional environment of encouraging personal and professional development.
• Ensure professional, productive and collaborative communication within the team, firm, and with external parties, leading by demonstrating professional and positive communication, collaboration, support and an inclusive team culture.
• Support management with driving departmental initiatives, projects, risk mitigation strategies.
