Job Overview

  • Responsible for managing requests and liaising with other support teams, both internal and external, to obtain solutions to issues raised by the end user
  • Work with Operational Solutions and Global Training team to support and coordinate training on applications and new functionality across the lines of business for changes or enhancements in functionality on the application in question
  • Responsible for end user support in relation to system troubleshooting or functionality failures. Ensuring that issues are fully resolved and there is constant communication with operations
  • Work with Operational Solutions to support/define standard set ups for each system in line with the target operating model and work with various stakeholders to facilitate adherence
  • Responsible for covering agreed upon applications including cross training across team members to eliminate key man risk
  • Align with the strategic goals of the business when working on any project deliverables
  • Act as an SME on the assigned applications and working closely with Product, IT Application Management and the vendor when required on application upgrades/deployments.
  • Ensure feedback is addressed and used to consistently improve the program
