Director, Debt Services - Loan Servicing

MUFG Investor Services is rolling out a new offering to clients in our global servicing model to support our diverse array of clients. We're looking for a candidate with the qualifications and experience to support the construction and growth of the business within MUFG Investor Services.

This role requires technical knowledge and experience of loan operations, documentation, and accounting.

Deliverables

• Manage daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
• Perform reviews on setups and credit agreements, or any other deliverables, for the operations team
• Manage client relationships and be a point of escalation
• Manage ad hoc client requests to ensure completion

Strategic Goals

• Champion quality and continuous improvement
• Participate in new service development and support new service rollouts
• Participate in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering

Budgeting and Reporting

• Support and uphold a culture of control and compliance with company policy

Collaboration

Collaboration with internal operations groups, across multiple departments, to drive results
