Job Overview
- Play a key role as part of a support team covering the banking applications (SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, Appian workflows) and responsible for centralized access governance for various counterparty platforms
- Coordinate with counterparties and develop workflows to address user provisioning, maintenance and user deprovisioning.
- Participate in platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Coordinate development and enhancement of the platforms to increase automation and expand the utilization of features.
- Internal co-ordination between distinct functions and groups to ensure high quality service delivery and total ownership of requests to complete resolution as appropriate.
- Work with Operational Solutions and Global Training team to support and coordinate training on new functionality and processes across the lines of business.
- Work with Operational Solutions to support/define standard set ups for each system in line with the target operating model and work with various stakeholders to facilitate adherence
- Responsible for covering agreed-upon applications including cross training across team members.
