Senior Product Strategist (Hardware)

The person we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Strategist (Hardware) with a proven ability to design and execute evaluative and foundational research, translate complex insights into actionable product direction, and partner closely with design to drive decisions.

Job Overview:

Some things you will be responsible for: 

• Design and execute evaluative research studies (usability testing, concept validation, etc.) for logistics hardware and software products
• Conduct foundational research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts
• Scope research creatively to balance rigor, timeline constraints, and confidence in recommendations
• Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle - from discovery through validation
• Participate in co-ideation sessions, translating research insights into design opportunities
• Present synthesized insights with clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact
• Deliver audience-centric narratives that drive decision-making, not just research reports
• Track and communicate the impact of research-informed decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX research and strategy
• Proven track record with evaluative research methodologies (usability testing, A/B testing, benchmarking, etc.)
• Experience researching physical products and hardware a must
• Experience researching complex operational systems preferred
• Occasional travel required for onsite research
