Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Hot Shot Delivery Driver

Ford Parts Department

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk who is also willing to serve as a Hot Shot Delivery Driver for our Ford Parts Department. This dual-role position plays a key role in keeping our parts operation running efficiently by managing inventory and ensuring fast, accurate deliveries to our customers and service partners.

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against purchase orders
  • Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Process shipping paperwork and update inventory systems
  • Report damaged or incorrect shipments to management

Hot Shot Delivery Driving

  • Deliver parts promptly and safely to customers, dealerships, and repair facilities
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to meet tight deadlines
  • Load and unload parts with accuracy and care
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean and report any maintenance concerns
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience in an automotive or dealership parts environment
  • Knowledge of Ford parts or dealership operations
  • Familiarity with local delivery routes and logistics

Work Environment

  • Combination of warehouse work and local driving
  • Fast-paced setting with daily deadlines
  • Requires standing, lifting, and driving for extended periods
