  • Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, to drive growth and improve commercial performance across the NRMA group including developing new membership propositions, conducting commercial diagnostics and shaping transformation initiatives, conducting analysis and making well-reasoned recommendations on major decisions like investments in new businesses or capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to stand up new business opportunities
  • Embed “shared value” principles into corporate strategy (optimization of member, societal and economic value), and work with the ESG team to deliver groupwide impact
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends and inform strategic direction.

This role is a full-time permanent opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement where you will be required to work across our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices as well as some work from home.
