What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Cradle Mountain Hotel. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the overall food and beverage experience for our guests. You’ll lead and support the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and consistently high service standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful, long‑term impact (minimum 6‑month commitment).
What you’ll bring:
- Proven food and beverage leadership experience
- A strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging positively with guests
- A vibrant, hands‑on attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment
- A genuine passion for developing others through effective training, coaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of contemporary food, service trends and culinary styles
- Sound understanding of wine varieties and appropriate food and wine pairings
- Current RSA and DoFoodSafely certification
- Own vehicle required due to remote location
