Amenities Attendant

About the role

As an Amenities Attendant, you’ll be the quiet hero of the guest experience. While others see “just bathrooms and facilities”, you know this is where guests decide how clean, comfortable and cared for they feel.

What You'll do

• Keep guest amenities (bathrooms, showers, laundry and common areas) clean, tidy and well stocked
• Ensure all facilities are presented to a high standard throughout the day
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep everything in safe working order
• Assist guests with basic queries about facilities and the property
• Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the wider team to make sure guests have a seamless, positive stay

No two days are exactly the same – some days are all about keeping ahead of the rush, others are about the details that make our guests say, “Wow, this place is spotless!”

What you’ll bring

You don’t need to have years of experience – we’re looking for the right attitude and a great work ethic. You’ll bring:

• Pride in your work – you love seeing the instant results of a job well done
• Strong attention to detail – you notice the little things others might miss
• Reliability – you show up on time, every time, and can be counted on
• A friendly, approachable manner – you’re happy to say hello and assist guests when needed
• Comfort with physical work – bending, lifting, moving and being on your feet
• Good time management – you can follow a schedule and keep on top of tasks
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts – including weekends and public holidays
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (handy, but not essential – we’ll show you the ropes)
