Growth Marketing Manager
Job Overview
Flare is a leading provider of advanced benefits and onboarding solutions designed for the modern workplace. Backed by MYOB and serving over one million employees nationally, we're a fast-growing, diverse team of 100+ employees on a mission to make the world of work better, easier, and more beneficial for everyone.
We are looking for a B2B Growth Marketer to drive engagement, activation and growth across our existing business accounts, while supporting top-of-funnel B2B lead generation. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving team. You’ll design and execute end-to-end strategies, rapidly launch campaigns, test, learn and iterate to deliver measurable business results.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end strategy for engaging Flare’s business customers, increasing employee adoption and driving measurable outcomes such as app activations, workplace linking, monthly active users and benefit uptake.
- Plan, build and optimise layered marketing programs that combine employer-facing and employee-facing activity to maximise impact within each account.
- Support top-of-funnel B2B growth by generating and nurturing new business leads, developing marketing assets (e.g. white papers, case studies, thought leadership) and optimising website and landing pages for lead capture and conversion.
- Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle and activation campaigns for business accounts, rapidly launching, testing and refining programs to lift engagement, retention and product adoption.
- Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority accounts, tracking, analysing and reporting on results to continuously improve performance.
- Lead end-to-end paid B2B campaigns—particularly on LinkedIn and digital performance channels—applying a structured test-and-learn approach across all stages from strategy to reporting.
- Leverage CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to scale personalised communication, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support advocacy and referral programs, and provide insights back to product, RM and leadership teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience driving B2B growth in lifecycle, retention, ABM or similar growth marketing roles, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, digital performance channels, CRM and website, including multi-channel engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and account-level data, define and track KPIs, and use insights to improve growth and ROI.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously—mapping customer journeys and aligning activity to lifecycle stages while maintaining quality and speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business audiences, with proven success partnering cross-functionally with sales, product and B2C marketing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Highly outcome-focused, comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment, with a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to adapt campaigns based on performance insights.
