Qualifications & Experience
Required
· Strong knowledge of corporate real estate and/or construction accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
· Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, Chase Document Exchange, etc.
· Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
Preferred
· Experience in startups, venture-backed companies, or growth-stage environments.
· A builder and operator mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
· Comfort working cross-functionally with construction, operations, and leadership teams.
