Job Description :

Hi, We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can own product strategy, lead end-to-end delivery, and work closely with engineering and business teams to build scalable, high-quality digital products.

The role requires someone with strong technical understanding, hands-on product execution skills, and proven experience managing delivery in an agile environment.

Candidate is required to travel 15 days to Hongkong and should be able to communicate in English and Mandarin which is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape product enhancements.

- Convert business problems into actionable feature requirements and user stories.

- Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements to release.

- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product increments with clear acceptance criteria.

- Review technical designs, workflows, and integrations to ensure feasibility and alignment with architecture.

- Oversee delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

- Track project health, budget, milestones, and stakeholder communication.

- Remove blockers, align teams, and ensure adherence to delivery processes.

- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and release management.

- Understand system architecture, data flows, APIs, and technical constraints to guide decision-making.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate solutions, validate estimates, and improve system performance.

- Support UAT, functional testing, release validation, and production readiness.

- Engage with business partners, customers, and leadership to gather requirements and share updates.

- Prepare product documentation, release notes, and progress reports.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive alignment.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in product management, project/delivery management, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of software development, system workflows, and modern cloud/application architectures.

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery environments.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Power BI, SQL, Postman, etc.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
