Job Overview

Nagarro is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of IT Delivery to lead key client relationships and drive growth across high-impact accounts. This senior leadership role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technology understanding, and executive presence. You will act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, guide strategic conversations around digital transformation, and champion Nagarro’s capabilities to accelerate client success. Key responsibilities: 

Executive Relationship Leadership

  • Establish and nurture long-term, executive-level relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology units.

  • Serve as a strategic partner who deeply understands client priorities, organizational dynamics, and transformation agendas.

Strategic Growth Ownership

  • Own account growth strategy, identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.

  • Partner with internal sales, delivery, and solution experts to shape and execute account plans that expand Nagarro’s presence.

  • Influence strategic decision-making that impacts revenue growth and client portfolio expansion.

Strategic Advisory & Digital Enablement

  • Lead high-level discussions on digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI/GenAI adoption.

  • Bring thought leadership, innovative ideas, and market insights to help clients evolve their technology and business strategies.

Proposal & Deal Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, value propositions, and executive presentations.

  • Ensure solutions and commercial models are aligned with client needs and Nagarro’s strategic positioning.

Delivery Oversight & Client Success

  • Collaborate closely with delivery directors to ensure exceptional execution across all engagements.

  • Anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and ensure sustained client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Business Performance & Governance

  • Track and report on account health, revenue performance, pipeline development, and client feedback.

  • Provide regular executive updates and guide internal teams based on performance metrics and client insights.

  • Drive governance rhythms, QBRs, and strategic account reviews.
