Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Consulting Excellence
- Drive account growth through innovation, value-added delivery, and identifying new opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFPs and client workshops.
- Champion a consulting mindset within delivery teams to position Nagarro as a thought partner.
Strategic Delivery Leadership
- Support the CCS with end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex programs across multiple clients and verticals.
- Ensure the communications with clients are, filling in the gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders.
- Understand evolving client needs and align delivery to exceed expectations.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and transformation.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Help grow the P&L for assigned accounts.
- Co-own account risks, drive client communications.
