You’ll play a key role in implementing configurable Saas software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

You’ll play a key role in implementing configurable Saas software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
What you will do:
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Translate business and functional requirements into system specifications and configurations.
- Implement and configure software solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry practices and compliance standards.
- Deliver user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation, offering best practice recommendations.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What you will need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Proven LIMS experience
- Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
- Excellent Thai & English communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
