You will be responsible for owning key accounts end-to-end, driving sell-in and sell-through, managing P&L , and maintaining trusted relationships with key retail stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow assigned key accounts by building joint business plans, setting targets, and driving sell-in and sell-through for our Korean cosmetics portfolio.
  • Lead account negotiations, including trading terms, promotional mechanics, and annual agreements, while ensuring strong execution in-store and online.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver launches and campaigns, including assortment planning, pricing and positioning, and channel-ready marketing materials.
  • Take accountability for commercial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, tracking key KPIs, and improving margin through disciplined planning.
  • Stay close to the market by monitoring competitors, customer insights, and shopper behavior, then turning learnings into clear account and brand actions.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management, brand management, or trade marketing within FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty.
  • Solid commercial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L understanding, with the ability to translate data into practical account plans.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting, influencing, and aligning cross-functional partners.
  • Hands-on execution ability, including planning promotions, managing retail calendars, and coordinating launches across multiple channels.
  • Self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment, with strong prioritization and ownership.
